What makes Light Up Your Mood candles different from other candles?

Light Up Your Mood isn't just a candle, it's a mood.  Every candle in our collection is intentionally crafted around how you feel in that moment, that space, that season of life.  Whether you need to exhale, reclaim your energy, or simply settle yourself, there is a candle made exactly where you are.  The scent blends and elegant vessels are just the finishing touch; the real experience is what happens when the flame meets your mood.

What are your candles made of?

Our candles are made from 100% soy wax — a natural wax derived from soybeans, making it a clean, biodegradable, and eco-friendly choice. Unlike paraffin candles, soy wax burns cleaner with little to no soot, so you can enjoy your fragrance without releasing harmful toxins into the air. Soy wax also burns slower and cooler, which means your candle lasts longer and your fragrance throw is consistent from the first burn to the last. It is better for you, better for your home, and better for the environment.

How long do your candles burn?

Our candles are 11 ounces and have an average burn time of approximately 35 hours — giving you plenty of time to settle in, exhale, and enjoy every last moment of your mood.

Are your candles safe to burn indoors?

Yes. Always burn your candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface away from flammable materials, drafts, and out of reach of children and pets. Never leave a burning candle unattended.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept Klarna and Afterpay — so you can pay in the way that works best for you.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes! We ship across the continental United States. Stay tuned — international shipping is coming soon.

What is your return policy?

Because our candles are a personal care product, we do not accept returns on opened or used candles. However, if your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.

My order arrived damaged. What do I do?

We are so sorry to hear that. Please reach out to us at support@lightupyourmood.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item and we will resolve it for you promptly.
