Processing times

Orders are processed and fulfilled within 2-3 business days.  During seasonal times like Black Friday, Christmas, etc., order processing can take up to 5 business days. We thank you for your patience as we carefully package and get your order prepared.

Shipping Times

We ship from our Nashville, TN location within the United States. In order to preserve the quality of the candles and to keep them from melting during shipping, especially in extreme hot temperatures, we only ship Monday through Thursday after your order has been processed and fulfilled. 

Your order will be fulfilled within 2-3 business days and will ship on the next shipping date (within the timeframe mentioned above).

In the Summer months we do not ship on Friday through Sunday. You should receive your item(s) within 7-10 business days.
